Crossfit
A strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level.
Burn
A mix of aerobic strength training and speed elements. Involves Interval training with bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity.
Teen Class
Our CrossFit 12-17 Teens classes can provide your children with either a year round fitness program or an offseason program from competitive sports. We continue to focus on good movement, mechanics, build strength, conditioning and get them working hard for sport and/or life!
Open Gym
Open to members at the CrossFit level. Utilize The Track's space and equipment to safely work toward your fitness goals. Advanced registration is required, as space is limited.
