A strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level.


A mix of aerobic strength training and speed elements. Involves Interval training with bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity.

Open Gym

Open to members at the CrossFit level. Utilize The Track’s space and equipment to safely work toward your fitness goals. Advanced registration is required, as space is limited.
