Our Burn Class is a great change of pace. Are you tired of working out on your own and you're not sure that CrossFit is for you? If so then The Tracks Burn Class will be a great fit. We combine Cardio, Body Weight Movements, Plyometrics and KB's to help you get an amazing full body workout.
Burn Class times are:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ 6am, 6pm & 7:15pm
Tuesday & Thursday @ 6pm
Saturday @ 11am
